30 MINUTE ONLINE COACHING FEE

I offer one-to-one online life coaching sessions via Skype. Working online allows me to coach clients across many different time zones. Most importantly it allows you to be coached where you feel most at ease, whether that's in your office, on your couch, or on the road. Everyone I work with has a different style and wants different outcomes from coaching. That means that for every individual client I plan a specific programme of sessions that are based around the outcomes they want after either five or ten sessions. Identifying your unique constellation of virtues and character strengths Core values. What qualities in life are important to you and why? Confidence building.
